Citizens Advice Direct is a national telephone and web based advice service which offers free, independent advice to the citizens of Scotland.

We are dedicated to providing advice services in a professional, non-judgemental manner to Scottish citizens regardless of race, creed, disability, gender, age or sexual orientation. All members of staff, advisers and volunteers are encouraged to work alongside the key principles and policies implemented by Citizens Advice Direct.
